GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. Generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in the lives of others and is a fundamental value anyone can act on. After the busiest shopping days of the year (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) GivingTuesday gives us a chance balance our collective conscience by giving back to organizations we love.
On December 3rd, we will ask our online networks, adopters, volunteers, staff, supporters and anyone who cares about community to come together during a 24 hour global giving movement. We will ask thousands of people to click the "DONATE" button online and use the power of collective giving to raise $100,000 to enable our lifesaving work in the community to continue. Additionally, thanks to a group of generous donors, donations made on GivingTuesday will be matched dollar for dollar.

1.) Donate. Make a donation on December3rd that will help the animals who need it most. All donations up to $25,000 will be matched!
2.) Share, Share, Share. Share our social media posts and share about why you will be supporting ACL this GivingTuesday. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram now!
3.) Become a fundraiser. Click "log in" in the top right corner of the page to set up your personal fundraising page in just a few seconds! By starting your fundraiser and getting your friends and family involved, you have the power to make an incredible difference on December 3rd.
4.) Kennel Lock-Ins. Ever wonder what it feels like to be a dog or cat living in the shelter ? You can experience life through a shelter dog or cat's eyes by being "impounded" in our kennels to help raise funds this GivingTuesday. Take your personal fundraising campaign to the next level by participating in our GivingTuesday Kennel Lock-Ins!
Participants will be "impounded" in a kennel with only their phone and laptop to make phone calls to friends and family, live stream and post on social media, and send emails and texts to raise $600 in donations to be released! Limited space available! Email Eli at communications@animalcareleague.org for more details and to reserve your space. $600 minimum fundraising commitment is required to participate.
